Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ-123)

Located at the Denver International Airport (Port of Entry), Foreign-Trade Zone 123 was established on August 16, 1985. Designed to encourage value-added activity at U.S. facilities in competition with foreign alternatives by allowing delayed or reduced duty payments on foreign merchandise, FTZ-123 provides benefits to businesses located with a 60 mile radius or 90 minute drive-time of Denver International Airport. Businesses benefit from FTZ-123 through:
  • Relief from inverted tariffs
  • Duty exemption on re-exports
  • Duty elimination on waste, scrap, and yield loss
  • Weekly Entry Savings
